1854 Born the son of Thomas Church

1877 Married (1) at Northampton to Hephzibah Kate Rogers (1848-1892) and had four daughters and son Alfred Harry Church

1893 Married (2) at Leicester to Catherine Alice Hubbard and had two daughters and two sons

1911 Residing at 9 St George's Avenue, Northampton: John William Church (age 58 born Northampton), Shoe manufacturer. With his wife Catherine Alice, daughter Irene Hope and two sons; Horace Major Church (age 15 born Northampton) and Cannon Bruce Church (age 11 born Northampton).[1]

1929 Died. 'Mr. John William Church, of Oadby, Leicester, formerly a partner in the firm of Church and Co., Duke-street, Northampton was buried the Welford-road Cemetery at Leicester'[2]
