1879 John Yeardley, Furnival Road, exhibited at the Doncaster Agricultural Show.[1]

1891 'Mr. John Yeardley, agricultural engineer, Furnival Road, had an extensive display of implements and machines, and to him was awarded the silver medal offered for the best collection of agricultural implements.'[2]

1896 Advertisement. 'Sole agent for the principal implement makers in the Kingdom. Seed Corn and Tillage Merchant.'[3]
