1841 Living at Neston, Cheshire: Joseph Cabry (age c69), Engineer. With his wife Mary Cabry (age c72) and Joseph Cabry (age c10).

1851 Living at 11 Mount Parade, York: Joseph Cabry (age 78 born Tanfield, Durham), Retired Engineer, with his daughter. Also his nephews Thomas Nixon (age 17 born Bishop Auckland), rail stoker; and Henry Cabry (age 18 born Neston), Rail Clerk. Others in this lodging house.[3]

1858 Joseph Cabry died in York[4]
