1922 Died. 'Death of Philanthropist and Shipowner, The death occurred, yesterday, at East Harlsey, Northallerton, after a illness, of Mr. Joseph Constantine, a well known North Country shipowner. A man of considerable wealth recently gave £40,000 for the establishment of a Technical College in Middlesbrough.'[1]
