1851 Living at Infirmary Road, Sheffield: Joseph Cousins (age 26 born Sheffield), Sissor Manufacturer. With his wife Anne M. Cousins (age 23 born Sheffield) and their son William H. Cousins (age 1 born Sheffield).[1]

1855 June 4th. Died. 'On the 4th inst., at his residence, Redhill, Mr. Joseph Cousins, of the firm of J. Cousins and Sons, scissor manufacturers, Garden street, aged 31 years.'[2]
