1921 Resolution. 'That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and that John Thomas Brockhouse, of Ribbesford, Little Moor Hill, Smethwick, near the city of Birmingham, Secretary and Director of J. Brockhouse and Company Limited, Victoria Works, West Bromwich, be appointed Liquidator. J. BROCKHOUSE, Chairman.'[1] Note that A. H. Taylor (Springs) passed the same resolution on the same day.
