1875 The partnership was dissolved and the company was carried on by Josiah Lane.
1897 Incorporated as a limited company.
1914 Glass manufacturers. Specialities: all kinds of flint and coloured glass for the gas, electric and incandescent fittings trades; plain and fancy gas globes, paraffin globes, duplex and other lamp chimneys; fancy shades for electric fittings, incandescent shades, screens etc.; hand-made confectionery glass of every description, glass inkstands, gum bottles etc. for the wholesale stationary trade.
