1934 The K. C. Tyre Company Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £3,000, to acquire the business carried on by John Raitt under the firm name of K. C. Tyre Company, 6 College Street, Aberdeen.[1]

1985 The company, now named K. C. Motor Factors Limited, was struck off and dissolved.[2]
