1907 Partnership dissolved. '... us the undersigned, Edmund Delacourt Kelt and Louis Eugene de Lotz, carrying on business as Motor Dealers and Repairers, and Automobile Engineers, at Farnham, in the county of Surrey, under the style of "KELL AND DE LOTZ," was, on the second day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seven, dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the undersigned, Edmund Delacourt Kell, by whom the business will in future be carried on...'[1]
