Kenneth Burke Miller was born in 1897 and apprenticed to the Star Engineering Co., Wolverhampton.

After service in the R.A.S.C. during the last war he went into the Drawing-Office of Guy Motors, Ltd., returning to the Star Engineering Company in 0923 in a similar capacity.

In 1926 he became Technical Representative to Venesta, Ltd., and from 1930 onwards was Technical Sales Agent to Flexo Plywood Industries, Ltd., specializing in metal-faced plywood for use in commercial motor bodies, etc.

He died on 17th February, 1943, at the age of 46.

He was elected a Graduate in 1920 and transferred to Associate Member in 1927. He was Hon. Secretary of the Wolverhampton Centre of the Institution from 1921 to 1935.
