1864 Company established by Kirby Banks which became Kirby Banks and Sons.

1897 Kirby Banks Screw Co Ltd was incorporated as a Limited Company. The company was registered on 27 May, to take over the business of bolt, screw and nut manufacturers of Kirby Banks and Sons. [1]
