1961 Hosiery and knitwear manufacturers, throwsters, dyers and finishers, and textile machinery manufacturers. [1]

1964 Acquired British Depa-Crepes.[2]

1969 Merged with Qualitex, the textile machinery division was divided up and sold to Ernest Scragg and Sons, and Stone-Platt Industries.[3]
