1892 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Jonathan Knowles, Francis Howard Humphris, John Thomas Dunnington, Edward William Hall, and Sidney Kellett carrying on business as Knowles, Cooke, and Co., at Bradford, in the county of York, as Stuff Merchants, was dissolved, by effluxion of time, on the 1st day of December instant. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Jonathan Knowles, John Thomas Dunnington, Edward William Hall, and Sidney Kellett, who will carry on business under the style or firm of Knowles, Cooke, and Co...'[1]
