'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Andrew Kurtz and William Charles Jones, carrying on business at Liverpool, in the County of Lancaster, as Manufacturers of Chrome, Verdigris, and Colours, and as Drysalters, under the style of Kurtz and Jones, was dissolved on the 1st day of July last by mutual consent; all debts due to or owing by the said concern will be received and paid by the said Andrew Kurtz, who will in future carry on-the said business on his own account...'[1]
