MR. L. K. BRINDLEY, whose death occurred on July 29, was a consultant to the president of the International Nickel Company of Canada, Ltd., and until last February was deputy chairman of the Mond Nickel Company, Ltd.

Mr. Brindley joined the Mond Nickel Company, Ltd., in 1948 and became a director in December of that year, managing director in January, 1951, and deputy chairman in May, 1955. Mr.· Brindley was born in Dublin in 1887.
