1996 Owned by Unitech; Siebe plc acquired 50.6 percent of Unitech in 1996[2]

Became a subsidiary of Invensys

2000 Name of Lambda Electronics Ltd was changed to Vapour Management Systems Ltd, manufacturer of activated carbon cloth for wound dressings and filters; sold Interlube Systems[3]
