'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned James Phillips, Henry Joseph Lance and Albert Edward Lance carrying on business under the style or firm of Phillips Lance and Lance at Waterloo House Weston-super-Mare in the county of Somerset as Drapers and House Furnishers has been this day dissolved by mutual Consent.
