1931 It was announced that the business of Larrinaga and Co Limited had been acquired by the Miguel de Larrinaga Steamship Co Limited, the name of which company was now changed to the Larrinaga Steamship Co Limited, with the businesses continuing to carry on as before at 30 James Street, Liverpool. The business of ship store dealers, previously carried on by Larrinaga and Co under the name of F. de Larrinaga and Co at 18 King Street, Liverpool, was to continue under the same name.[2]
