1920 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, John Herbert Lavender and Leonard Whitehouse, carrying on business as Aluminium, Gun Metal and Phosphor Bronze Founders, at Stafford-street, Wednesbury, in the county of Stafford, under the style or firm of "LAVENDER & WHITEHOUSE," was dissolved as and from the fifth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said John Herbert Lavender, who will in future continue the said business...'[1]
