Major LESLIE WILLIAM SEARLES OLDHAM, R.E., born in London in 1870, was killed in action at Festubert on the 28th July, 1915.

He was posted to India in 1892, and, until his recall on the outbreak of war in 1914, he was employed principally in the Public Works Department of the Central Provinces.

He was elected an Associate on the 5th December, 1911.
