Situated at 60-66 Union Road, Exeter

1872 August 08th. Exeter Licensed Victuallers Benevolent Asylum. Foundation stone laid on a site of a field of 1.25 acres. To be built of red brick faced with bath stone. Architect is A. H. Wills of Topsham Road and the builder is J. Slade of Bonhay Road.[1]

1891 Four units with two unoccupied.[2]

1923 Listed as No. 47 Union Road.[3]
