'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Linton Chorley Hope and William Rathbone, Junior, carrying on business as Naval Architects, at Adelphi House, Adam-sitreet, under the style or firm of LINTON HOPE AND COMPANY, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the thirty-first day of December, 1912.
