1901 July. Advertising for a lad to work in cycle shop.[2]

1901 'Cycle and Motor Manufacturers, And General Engineers'

1902 March. Fitted a petrol motor in the herring fishing boat 'Little Pet'.[3]

1904 Bought by the Lion Motor and Cycle Co with possibly less than honest intentions. Court case followed.[4]
