'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Edward Arthur Wilson, of Bell-court, Bidford, in the county of Warwick, Cycle Manufacturer, and Harold Groves Partridge, of Chapel-street, Luton, in the county of Bedford, Cycle Dealer, carrying on business as Cycle Dealers and Agents, at Luton and St. Albans, in the county of Bedford, under the style or firm of "LLOYD, PARTRIDGE, AND CO.," was dissolved as and from the 1st day of January, 1905, by mutual consent...'[1]
