1883 Partnership dissolved - Albert Lloyd left '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Walter John Lloyd, Albert Lloyd, and William Priest, at Heath-road, Harborne, in the county of Stafford, as Machinists and Manufacturers, under the style or firm of Lloyd Brothers, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Albert Lloyd. All debts due to and from the late firm will be respectively received and paid by the said Walter John Lloyd and William Priest, who alone will continue to carry on the said businesses...'[1]
