1885 The company was registered on 2 February, to acquire the properties and business of wharfingers of Ingall, Phillips and Co. [1]

1914 Storage of Oils. Directors: G. B. Game (Chairman). General Manager and Secretary: E. A. Farrant. Claim to have stored the first cargoes of Petroleum imported into London. Premises: Three large Wharves, equipped with up-to-date appliances for the expeditious handling of oils in barrel or in bulk, situated at Millwall and Bethnal Green, London, E. Speciality: American Turpentine, the Company storing all the Turpentine imported into London. Immense quantities of Petroleum and Lubricating Oils, Linseed, Cotton Seed and other vegetable oils, Rosin, Tar and Pitch are among the many commodities landed and stored for its customers by the Company.
