1907 Loudon and Russell Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £6,000, to acquire the business of brick, tile, and fireclay manufacturers, carried on by George Stewart Loudon at Newmains and elsewhere.[1]

1978 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
