Lowe, Vere, Williams and Jennings

1771 The private bank of Raymond, Williams, Vere, Lowe and Fletcher was established in Cornhill, City of London

Subsequently it moved to Birchin Lane nearby.

1778 Name changed to Lowe, Vere, Williams and Jennings but later the same year the name was changed again to Lowe, Vere and Williams. The bank was bankers to Matthew Boulton

After many more name changes, the bank was named the Williams, Deacon and Co in 1882.
