M. B. Arpin and Co designed and built a two-seater twin-boom cabin monoplane at West Drayton in 1937.

1938 Only one aircraft was built and flown at Hanworth by G. Wynne Eaton on 7th May 1938. It was fitted with a pusher engine.

1946 It was scrapped.
