1863 Partnership dissolved. '...tho Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, George Maguire and Cornelius Hardisty, as Engineers, and carrying on business under the style or firm of Maguire and Hardisty, at Salford, in the parish of Manchester, in the county of Lancaster, has been dissolved by mutual consent, as from the 31st day of December last. All debts due to or owing by the said late partnership will be received and paid by the said George Maguire, who will continue the said business...'[1]
