Marlow Foods

1985 Marlow Foods was formed. It was a joint venture between RHM and Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI). Marlow Foods was named after RHM's headquarters in Marlow, Buckinghamshire.

1985 The company was responsible for marketing of Quorn; the brand was launched this year.

1999 AstraZeneca divested its non-pharmaceutical businesses including Marlow Foods[1]

2003 Acquired by private equity firm Montagu.[2]

2005 Acquired by Premier Foods
