Marshall, Watson and Moorwood

Ironfounders, of Harleston Iron Works, Harleston street, Sheffield
c.1860 Thomas Parkin Moorwood arrived in Sheffield and, in partnership with his brother-in-law, Mr. Thomas Watson and Mr. Thomas Marshall, established the Harleston Works, Carlisle Street, East Sheffield.
The firm were engineers, ironfounders, stove-grate manufacturers, etc.
A major part of their work was production of castings for use in the Sheffield trades.
1882 Partnership between Thomas Marshall, Thomas Watson, and Thomas Parkin Moorwood, as Iron Founders and Stove Grate Manufacturers, at Harleston Iron Works, Sheffield, was dissolved when Thomas Marshall left. The business was continued as Watson, Moorwood and Co[1]
