'... the Partnership between the undersigned, Charles Mclntyre and Thomas Robinson, in the trade or business of Cement Manufacturers, at the Ouseburn Cement Works, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, under the firm of Mclntyre and Robinson, was dissolved on the 1st day of October instant by mutual consent; and in future the business will be carried on by the undersigned, Thomas Robinson, under the style or firm of Thomas Robinson and Company; and the undersigned, Thomas Robinson, will pay and receive all debts due and owing from and to the partnership of Charles McIntyre and Thomas Robinson...'[1]
