Founded by Enrico Facchino

1938 'Stated to be "a complete ice cream mix in dry (powdered) form," the new product "Meddocream" is evidently a preparation of unusual interest to ice cream makers. Merely by adding a certain amount of the preparation to cold water, in accordance with the very simple instructions given, a batch of Meddocream mix can be made ready for the freezer in a few minutes. It is confidently claimed to contain "every constituent which good Ice cream should contain." The makers, Meddocream Ltd., Old Bromford-lane. Birmingham, 8, are offering to send 7lb. trial tins for 7s 7d., these tins containing sufficient for two gallons of complete mix.'[1]
