1894 Site in Sidwell street purchased.

1902 December. Foundation stones (twenty-one) laid. Commins and Cole are the architects based on the principles of French engineer, Paul Cottancin.[1]

1905 April. Church opened. Seating for 759 people. heating by Wippell Brothers and Row and carpentry by Westcott, Austin and White. Commins and Cole are the architects.[2]
