1907 April: The company was wound up voluntarily[1]

1907 August: Dissolution of the Partnership between Alexander William Aitken and James Marion Sharpe, carrying on business as Motor Boat Builders and Agents for the sale of Motor Engines and Accessories, at Medina-road, Cowes, in the Isle of Wight, under the style or firm of "THE MITCHAM MOTOR COMPANY." The business would be carried on by Alexander William Aitken under the present style or firm of the Mitcham Motor Company.[2]
