1890 Mitchell Brothers Limited was incorporated, with capital of £100,000, to carry on the business of distillers, rectifiers, and blenders of whisky and spirits of all descriptions, and of wine and spirit merchants.[1]

1930 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2] A new company of the same name and at the same address was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £10,000, to acquire from the liquidator the goodwill and certain other property and assets of the company and to carry on the business of distillers, brewers, and maltsters.[3]

1980. Part of Distillers Co

1990 At some point the company changed its name to A. and A. Crawford and Associates Limited, which was a dormant company by the time of its voluntary liquidation.[4]
