1906 Montgomerie, Stobo and Company Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £10,000, to carry on the business of manufacturers, refiners, and importers and exporters of and dealers in animal, vegetable, and mineral oils, paints, inks, chemicals, etc.[1]

1974 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[2]
