1903 Partnership change. '...THE Firm of MOORE AND WEINBERG, Merchants, Dundee, of which the Subscribers Isaac Julius Weinberg and Frederick Simon Weinberg were the sole Partners, has of this date been dissolved by the retirement therefrom of the said Isaac Julius Weinberg. The Subscriber Frederick Simon Weinberg, the remaining Partner, and the Subscribers George Ivan Weinberg and Albert Josephy, both Merchants, Dundee, who have been connected with the Management of the late firm for many years, will carry on the business for their own behoof under the same name of Moore and Weinberg, and in every respect as heretofore...'[1]


1907 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Isaac Julius Weinberg and Julius Loewenthal, carrying on business as Linen Merchants, at Belfast, under the style or firm of "MOORE AND WEINBERG," has been dissolved as from the thirty-first December, one thousand nine hundred and six. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by Julius Loewenthal, and his sons, John McCaldin Loewenthal and Ferdinand Adolph Loewenthal, who will carry on the business in partnership under the style or firm of "Moore and Weinberg"...'[2]

1914 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Julius Loewenthal, John McCaldin Loewenthal, Ferdinand Adolph Loewenthal, and James Moore Loewenthal, carrying on business as Export Merchants, at Linenhall-street, in the City of Belfast, and at Whitworth-street. in Manchester under the style or firm of "MOORE AND WEINBERG,"' has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the thirty-first day of December, 1913, so far as it concerns the said Ferdinand Adolph Loewenthal, who retires from the said partnership at that date. All debts due to and owing by the said Ute firm will be received and paid by the said Julius Loewenthal, John McCaldin Lpewenthal, and James Moore Loewenthal, who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm of "Moore and Weinberg.
