1914 Morris, Warden and Company Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £6,000, to take over the business carried on by Willoughby Charles Warden under the style of Morris, Warden & Co, as engineers and merchants and manufacturers of electrical and engineering appliances.[1]

1928 The company was listed as metal merchants at 21 West Nile Street, Glasgow.[2]

2013 The company was struck off and dissolved, by which time it was dormant.[3]
