MORRIS SIX (1950)
The largest car in the Morris range is the famous Six and although its styling is modern it is also essentially English. It is designed to give high-performance motoring at luxury level for a moderate outlay.
The Morris Six incorporates the same new gear-change and suspension systems as the Oxford and also has an integral body and chassis, built by the "mono-construction" process. In common with those of the Minor and Oxford models, this unit body is rust-proofed before painting and is treated with a special noise-deadening compound during manufacture.
Optional equipment on all Morris models includes a six-valve radio receiver and an interior heater. The latter supplies warm air at will and is controlled by a switch on the facia.
