1924 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Albert Victor Halsall and William Pearson Biddle, carrying on business as Motor Agents, Engineers and Body Builders, at 110, Great Portland-street, London, W., under the style or firm of CARLTON CARRIAGE CO., and at 75, Kilburn lane, London, N.W., under the style or firm of MOTOR CAR INDUSTRIES, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 6th day of May, 1924. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Albert Victor Halsall, in respect of the Carlton Carriage Co., and by the said William Pearson Biddle, in respect of the Motor Car Industries...'[1]
