1920 Munro and Miller Limited was registered as a private company, with capital of £10,000, to carry on the business of ship and house plumbers, gas, electric light, hot water, sanitary, and ventilating engineers.[1]

1922 The company was listed as ship plumbers and heating engineers at 155 Broomloan Road, Govan, Glasgow, with 150 employees. William M. Munro and James Miller were joint managing directors.

Products: pipe installations for oil tankers; winch steam and exhaust pipe installations; hydraulic gas and air pipe installations.

1992 The company's name was changed to Wyvern Structures Limited.[2]
