1873 Partner retires. '...the Partnership hereto fore subsisting between us the undersigned, Henry Walker, Edmund Squire Norcombe, and James Pendleton of Naylor-street, Liverpool, in the county of Lancaster, Engineers, Machinists, and Ironfounders, under the style or firm of Walker, Norcombe, and Pendleton, has, on and from the 30th day of June, 1873, been-dissolved by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Edmund Squire Norcombe, who on that day retired from the concern; and that all debts due and owing to or by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Henry Walker and James Pendleton, who for the future will carry on the business on their own account, under the style or firm of Walker and Pendleton...'[2]
