1945 Acquired Watson, Saville and Co.[2]
1961 Manufacturers of high speed steel, high grade alloys steels, carbon steels, for all purposes; combined iron and steel, high speed alloy and carbon steel wire, saws for wood and metal etc; files and rasps, machine irons and knives, agricultural blades, drills, reamers, cutters, engineers tools etc. [3]
1973 Renamed Neepsend. Acquired Sheffield Refreshment Houses; sold Crane and Hoist of Chapel-en-le-Frith[4]
