1883 The company was registered May 10,1883, to acquire the business of sheep-farmers, preservers of meat for exportation, &:c., of Messrs. Nelson Brothers and Williams, of Hawkes Bay, New Zealand.
1892 New cold storage facility by Sterne and Co at Commercial Rd, Lambeth
1895 the English business of the company was disposed of to the Colonial Consignment and Distributing Co, Limited.
1908 Directors: Sir E. M. Nelson, K.C.M.G. (Chairman and Managing Director), R. H. Cobb, F. Nelson, H. Nelson, and W. J. Taylor.
