Nickel Steel Syndicate

The Nickel Steel Syndicate Limited was registered in 1890 to buy the patent rights and inventions of Société Anonyme La Farro Nickel and John Francis Hall relating to nickel steel armour plate.[1]

1891 Reported to be fully constituted, with Sir James Kitson as chairman and Mr Fernand Rey of Leadenhall Street as Managing Director. Percy Gilchrist and Sir Lowthian Bell were also directors.[2]

1916 31 Oct 1916, the Nickel Steel Company Limited was struck from the register of joint stock companies by the registrar and thereby dissolved.[3]
