Born the son of Dr. Edward Vaughan Kenealy, Q.C.

With her eight children; Charlemagne Kenealy (age 15 born Dudley); Henrietta Kenealy (age 14 born London); Maurice Kenealy (age 12 born Portslade); Arabella Kenealy (age 11 born Portslade); Annesley Kenealy (age 9 born Portslade); Alexander Kenealy (age 6 born Portslade); Noel Kenealy (age 4 born Portslade); and Edward Kenealy (age 2 born Portslade). Two servants.[1]

1904 'KENEALY, Noel B., St. Andrew's, Watford, one of the editors and proprietors of Motoring Illustrated. A managing director of the Acme Tone Engraving Co., Ltd. Studied art at the Slade School, under Professor H. von Herkomer, and in Paris. Was an exhibitor in the Royal Academy. Has owned and driven several cars, and thoroughly understands the mechanism of all types. Was a founder of the West Herts Golf Club. Was one of the four pioneer motor volunteers at the manoeuvres in Aldershot in 1901, which was the foundation of the Motor Volunteer Corps. Is Chairman of the Hertfordshire A.C., member of other clubs, and of the A.C.G.B. & I. [3]

1911 Living at Mount Pleasant, Garston near Warford, Herts: Noel Byron Kenealy (age 44 born Portslade), Photo Engraver and Printer - Employer. With his wife Isabel Mary St Leger Kenealy (age 26 born South Africa) and their daughter Sheila Vaughan Kenealy (age 3 born Watford). Two servants.[5]
