1825 January. Lord Teynham is Chairman and 26 Directors named. The Engineer is C. N. Palmer assisted by Henry Harness. A route from London, through Chelmsford and Colchester to Norwich, with branches to Harwich and Bury St. Edmunds. [1] [2]
