Norman Bell Hoy (1884-1911)

NORMAN BELL HOY, born at Manchester on the 18th August, 1884, died in London on the 15th December, 1911.

Trained in Manchester he served successively on the engineering staff of the Ship Canal, in the City Surveyor’s Office, and, coming to London, in the engineering department of the Thames Conservancy.

Mr. Hoy was elected an Associate Member of The Institution on the 1st March, 1910.
